From start to finish—an “open book policy” sharing all construction costs during development allowing our clients to review all expenses and allocate their priorities.
Our design build service presentation includes final drawings, written specifications, itemized budgets, and contract costs. We believe these services provides our clients with confidence, understanding and trust in R.L. Baker Construction, Inc.
During the building phase we encourage our staff to offer their thoughts and insights on the work in progress. Client interaction with onsite personnel can also lead to many well-received suggestions that can improve the look and style of the home.
