From start to finish—an "open book policy" regarding costs is a cornerstone of our building philosophy.

Our primary focus is to develop innovative and creative designs that are tailored to the homeowner's family life-style and needs. Our first meeting with a new client is focused on getting to know the family—their way of living, preferred method of entertaining, hopes and concerns—all provide insight that helps us develop a plan that will be true to their unique life style and goals.

As final drawings are committed to paper, specifications and products that will go into the project are translated from budgets to actual costs. This approach leads to designs that are built, rather than plans that are difficult to translate from paper to reality.

During the building phase we encourage our staff to offer their thoughts and insights on the work in progress. Client interaction with onsite personnel can also lead to many well-received suggestions that make a huge difference in the look and style of the home, without always adding that much to the total cost of the project.
